Situated in the village of Leivadia just outside Larnaca (10 mins) Airport (15 mins) and 2 km from the beach. Please be advised that this is not in a tourist attraction area so peace and quiet is its main focal point. A lift and stairs are provided and the apartment comes fully furnished. Neighbours within the area are all English speaking retired people of all ages and many local people. If you like to relax in the sun then this apartment offers a balcony of nearly 85 sq mtr fully furnished with garden furniture. Included in the rent is the small monthly payment to cover external cleaning and lift maintenance. Rental costs depend on length of stay which will be binding by a legal document signed by both parties.
