East Beach
East Beach refers to the area of Ayios Tychonas but on the beachfront road. The area extends up to Le Meridian Hotel and in-town towards Pizza Hut. The area had many hotels that have been transformed in to one, two and three bedroom apartments for sale all with sea views and close to all amenities. Excellent for renting in the summer season with high returns and expected growth is 20% per annum. Limassol is a very cosmopolitan town, busy all year with a steady growth in all directions and dimensions. Ayios Tychonas
Set back in the hills off the new highway about 3 kilometers from the beach. A great location; close to the beach, Limassol, Larnaca, mountains and all amenities.
Parekklisia
Parekklisia is a large village set back from the main highway with sea views and a great climate being surrounded by mountains. Sea view properties are the better investment property and there is a good selection in this really wonderful village.
